Assistant Community Manager
The Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in office operations, leasing performance, resident relations, and team coordination to help the property achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in setting and achieving community sales & collection goals
- Coach leasing staff and support prospect conversion
- Lease apartments and maintain lead management activity
- Support revenue growth and expense control initiatives
- Complete final account statements upon move out in accordance with local & state requirements
- Assist with renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and transfers
- Resolve resident issues professionally and promptly
- Assist with accounting month end reported, ensuring accuracy in reporting and close out procedures
- Analyze market data and monitor competition
- Coordinate resident events and engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–3 years of multifamily or closely related experience
- 1+ year of supervisory or training experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service, organizational, and coaching skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with administrative and property management software
- Strong knowledge of leasing operations and resident lifecycle management
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Strong leadership and team communication skills
- Ability to professionally manage resident concerns and service recovery situations
- Effective coaching and performance feedback communication abilities
- Strong organizational and administrative communication skills
- Ability to communicate operational priorities clearly and effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication with residents, vendors, and leadership
- Ability to balance customer service and operational accountability conversations
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making communication skills
TECHNOLOGY SKILLS
- Proficiency with property management software and leasing platforms
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage operational reports, resident accounts, and leasing activity
- Experience with budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative systems
- Ability to maintain accurate resident, financial, and leasing records
- Familiarity with digital resident communication and work order systems
- Ability to learn and adapt to new operational and reporting technologies quickly
PHYSICAL/WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Mix of office, touring, and onsite operational activity
- Weekend participation may be required

- 401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. - Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
